In March 2007 I phoned you to withdraw the original paperwork Dad had signed – which you did without question! Amazing!
  • In June 2008 when we were deciding which agent to use, you came to our home having done your homework with examples of sales in the area and other explanatory info. Dad was most impressed by that and ruled the other agents who did not come armed with a loaded clipboard or semi-automatic briefcase. Bonus points there!
  • Throughout the marketing campaign you kept me informed (even if you dreaded making those calls) of all comings and goings re the inspections, so that I was able to keep dad informed which in turn kept us all sane (ish!)
  • You listened to Dad’s reminiscing and recollections of who is married to whom and who is the son of whom without even taking the piss or rolling your eyes! – big tick and excellent acting on that one!
  • On the auction day (and all preceding days) you appeared patient, kind and understanding of the feelings of an old man. We thank you for that!

So, Jason, for all my sarcasm, questioning and what some may call drama queen antics, I thank you on behalf of our family for your honesty, your integrity, your humanity and your proficiency. These words I would normally never attribute to a Real Estate Agent, but it appears you are the exception to the rule. Take care Jason, all the best for your career and your life with your family. If you age with half the sincerity, graciousness, humour, humbleness and kindliness of my dad – you’ll be doing alright. Thanks again – it was a pleasure!

Thank you for your help in going to Auction on my property. I was hesitant to start with & even in the Marketing of the property there hadn’t been heaps of interest.

But the auction process certainly bought out any real interest and like all auctions people are looking for perhaps a bargain but as you know competition can drive the purchase price up!!!

Which it no doubt did in my case. Once we informed the crowd it was on the market it even drove the price up a further $12,000. I was pleased with the whole process & achieved the price I was hoping for. The $362,500 was a great result & considering my timeframe for moving it was so perfect for my situation. Thanks again Jason for all your help & professional advice. I have no hesitation in recommending this strategy to any vendor as it worked a treat!

When your office first discussed selling my property at 5A Federation Crt via the Auction Marketing Method initially I wasn’t so keen. As I had just had the property on the market recently with another agent and it didn’t sell.

However, after reviewing the  selling process that you discussed, I decided to go ahead with an auction as the process sounded like the best way for me to sell within a reasonable time.

The marketing campaign attracted several buyers to the property and we received interest on the day from one bidder however that wasn’t enough to allow me to sell. I appreciated the fact that at no time did you make me feel under pressure to take an offer on the day. Then as discussed prior to the listing we went into the 3rd stage of the marketing campaign and we found a buyer about 5 weeks after the auction at a price I was happy to sell at.

During the campaign & settlement time I found the feedback very good and that allowed me to make all the right decisions and in the end I was thrilled that a nice elderly couple bought it in the end – it just felt right!
